A key milestone in the development of HexxHome saw the completion of the HexxHome Prototype. The 1 bed prototype home is 60 sq m and boasts an open plan kitchen and living space, a generous en-suite bedroom on the first floor, and a large roof terrace.  

The HexxHome build-system can be rapidly deployed and constructed. It has excellent thermal performance, exceptional airtightness, superior acoustic performance and is fire and flood resistant.  An MVHR system provides all necessary heating and cooling requirements and creates a healthy living environment.

Built to prove and refine the HexxHome system concept, the prototype has caught the imagination of all who have visited, from local councillors to property developers cementing the potential this offering has across to the UK housing market.
